Comfort Suites Grove City - Columbus South

I stay here at least once a week for work (I own a regional trucking company). This hotel is phenomenal. As for the location- It's conveniently located right off of I71, has a spacious car lot, and even owns a lot behind the hotel which is designated truck parking (for hotel guests only). The staff are always friendly, the rooms are spacious, well furnished, and super clean. The bathrooms are luxurious, clean, and well stocked with large, soft towels and an amazing scented Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body lotion. The Free breakfast is a great spread and changes day to day, so there's always variety. The only thing I would change is adding a few lighter, healthier options for those of us who are more health conscious. It would be nice to have a Channel guide in the rooms. It's hard to know which TV channel is which as not every tv remote has a "Guide" function. Overall, I highly reccommend this hotel!

So the hotel and most of the staff are great. Rooms are big. There is one front desk clerk that is so disrespectful and don't understand his job. He is not professional at all. Wants to be the manager so bad and will talk to hotel guest like he has some kind of power. I have 4 little ones. We are waiting on our house. If that was not stressful enough every morning this guy adds to it. In the mornings I run out the door to get my kids to school. He rudely went into my room when I askedbto have no services. Then he tells me my room needs cleaned. Like who is he . Then he changes the policy everyday. Remind u the manager knows my situation and we have already worked out everything and then this guy who is just a front desk tells me diff. Also I have 4 kids 5 and under and he said I had 3 complaints my first night. Been here 2 weeks and no complaints. My kids are barely there and are in bed at 730. Be careful with this guy he is just waiting to get someone out. They def need to find more professional staff or train the staff they have. Everyone else is very nice. Housekeeper are really nice and do a great job keeping rooms nice.

My 19yo son booked a room here through the Choice Hotels app for his return trip to college (as he has multiple times over the past year). Per the website, the age restriction is 18yo. This has also been confirmed by Choice at the corporate level. After 11 hours on the road, and in the midst of severe weather, he was refused check-in. To make matters worse, the room had already been charged to his credit card and the clerk refused to refund the cost of the room insisting that it was a Choice Hotels policy. Further, they did not offer any assistance in securing a room elsewhere or provide any contact information for reaching a resolution. After contacting corporate, I was copied in their email reply to the hotel requesting resolution. After almost a week, no one at the hotel has reached out to rectify the situation. No apologies. No explanation.

Honestly 10/10. The previous hotel I booked I cancelled last minute after reading reviews.. chose to stay here and hoped for the best. Check in was easy. My room was huge!!! And the bathroom lighting was BOMB. Not to mention double sinks. I’d live in the bathroom if I could. So much room for activities. Would definitely stay in 314 again. Also, parking in the back of the building is where it’s at, door to sneak in the and not have to look at anyone

Do not recommend to anyone get here after working a 14 hour shift ready to relax keys don't had them renewed 5 times still didn't work then maintenance is supposed to arrive fix the door sitting in the car for 4 hours waiting for them to get here no other rooms available no other hotels in area was available booked the room at noon this could have been avoided if people did there jobs right one of the people I met in the elevator told me they stayed in the same room 2 weeks ago and they just changed them room which means it has been messed up for 2 weeks unfixed
